Captains, groups for Areena #3

The eight captains have been announced for tomorrow's Areena #3 CS:GO by SteelSeries & Jimms PC Store gather tournament. The list includes a surprise in Timi "aslak" Verkkoperä.

Verkkoperä announced his retirement from Counter-Strike last week but has now opted to fill in after former ctx player Mikael "deVoter" Toivio had to cancel his participation.

He will be one of the captains alongside former WinFakt teammate Aleksi "allu" Jalli who has won the previous two Areena tournaments in Counter-Strike 1.6, and six others, shown below in their respective groups.

Drafting will take place starting at 09:00 using the snake format. No teams will be eliminated during the group stage, as it will simply be used as practice before the playoffs.

Playoffs will feature a traditional double elimination bracket. Veto system will be used in the grand final. Below is the estimated schedule for the event, although there could be changes if delays occur.
